How to ensure that the Sintered net does not rust?
The Sintered net is composed of multiple stainless steel braided meshes of the same type or different, repeatedly pressed, rolled and vacuum sintered at 1260°C, and then formed by diffusion and solid solution, and has strong mechanical properties. Strength and overall rigidity; the Sintered net is made of superfine metal fibers of different wire diameters laid through non-woven fabrics, overlapping configurations and high-temperature vacuum sintering at 1180°C.
From the sintering process:
The sintering process of the Sintered net is to stack several layers of stainless steel braided meshes with different structures and form the cross-section of the Sintered net.
The structure of Sintered net is orderly. Sintering is a nonwoven paving process in which metal fibers are sintered together in a disordered manner.
Although Sintered net has stainless steel in its name, we all know that in practical applications, if maintenance is not taken care of, stainless steel products will always rust, but only for a limited period of time. Rusty stainless steel Sintered net not only weakens the performance, but also affects the appearance. So how can we ensure that the Sintered net does not rust?
One: The surface of the Sintered mesh has the adhesiveness of bleaching agent and various acids. Rinse immediately with water, then soak with ammonia solution or neutral carbonated soda solution, and wash with neutral detergent or warm water.
Two: There is dust on the surface of the stainless steel sintered wire mesh, which is easy to remove dirt and can be cleaned with soap, weak detergent or warm water.
Three: Trademarks, film, wash with warm water, weak detergent, adhesive components, scrub with alcohol or organic solvents (ether, benzene). If the grease, oil and lubricating oil on the stainless steel surface are contaminated, wipe it clean with a soft cloth, and then clean it with neutral detergent or ammonia solution or special detergent.
Four: In order to prolong the service life of stainless steel Sintered net and keep it clean, nitric acid can also be used to remove oil stains on the surface. At the same time, there are many special chemicals for stainless steel Sintered net on the market, and the effect will be better.
