What are the cleaning methods for sintered felt?

Let me introduce the cleaning of sintered felt. The sintered felt filter medium is a high-precision, long-life concentrated filter medium, and its production cost is relatively high compared to other filter materials.

In order to save energy and reduce consumption, and also to be beneficial to environmental protection, regeneration treatment can be carried out in view of favorable conditions for reduction and regeneration of sintered felt. During the restoration and regeneration process, the working state of the filter element, the type of pollutants in the filtration system and the cleaning procedure should be fully considered.

There are three common cleaning principles and methods for sintered felt:

A. Chemical cleaning

The commonly used and preferred cleaning solvent is acid-base cleaning solution. Chemical cleaning is a common and effective cleaning method for collecting polyester condensate filters.

B. Ultrasonic cleaning

Ultrasonic wave energy is a wave energy of continuous pressurization and expansion. This energy is applied to the liquid to generate cavitation and continuous rupture, resulting in ultrasonic cleaning effect.

C. Heat treatment cleaning

Vacuum pyrolysis, heated flood tank, fluidized bed, and hot salt bath are treatment methods that should be considered when chemical cleaning methods fail to work. Check the integrity of the cleaned filter element for bubbling (special attention should be paid to the filter element in the folded part), and measure the pressure drop of the filter element.

1. Large dirt-holding capacity, high filtration precision, slow pressure rise, and long replacement cycle;

2. Resistant to nitric acid, alkali, organic solvents, and chemicals, and can be used for a long time at 600°C;

3. High porosity and excellent permeability, small pressure loss and large flow rate;

4. It can be folded to increase the filtering area and can be welded;

5. It can be cleaned and regenerated, and can be used many times.
