(1) Primary air filter


There are four styles of plate type, folding type, bag type and box type. The outer frame materials include paper frame, aluminum frame, galvanized iron frame, and stainless steel frame. The filter materials include non-woven fabric, nylon mesh, activated carbon filter cotton, metal mesh, etc. The protective net has double-sided sprayed wire mesh and double-sided galvanized wire mesh. Primary air filter application:

The primary air filter is suitable for central air conditioning and centralized ventilation system filtration; large air compressor filtration; clean return air system; pre-filtration of high-efficiency filtration devices.


Features of primary air filter:

(2) Medium-efficiency filter


It is widely used in the intermediate filtration of air-conditioning systems, and is suitable for occasions with high dust concentration. It adopts high-quality chemical fiber non-woven filter material and has a large dust holding capacity. It is mainly used to filter dust particles of 1-5μm, and has the advantages of small resistance and large air volume. Medium-efficiency filters include bag type, plate and frame, combined type, etc. The bag-type medium-efficiency air filter is made of ultra-fine synthetic fiber with a special weaving method to avoid the discomfort that the old glass fiber material may cause to the human body. The filter material contains electrostatic fibers, which can filter sub-micron (less than 1 or less than 1 micron) dust The efficiency is particularly good, the filtration efficiency of 1 micron particles is 85%, and it has high dust collection power, high dust load and high air permeability, and long service life.


Medium efficiency filter features:

(3) HEPA filter


It is mainly used to capture particle dust below 0.5μm and various suspended solids. The glass fiber paper is used as the filter material, and the offset paper, aluminum film and other materials are used as the dividing plate, which is glued with the wooden frame aluminum alloy. Each unit has been tested by the nano-flame method, and has the characteristics of high filtration efficiency, low resistance, and large dust holding capacity. The air supply at the end of the air conditioner in the dust-free purification workshop of printing and other industries. Ultra-high-efficiency filters are used at the end of the clean room, and the structure can be divided into: high-efficiency with partitions, high-efficiency without partitions, high-efficiency air volume, ultra-high-efficiency filters, etc.

(4) W-type sub-high-efficiency air filter


1. High air volume type: Compared with ordinary high-efficiency filters, less filters can be used under the same air volume, reducing costs, reducing installation space and saving installation time.

2. High dust holding capacity, no partition design: The filter is made of ultra-fine, moisture-proof, fire-resistant glass fiber, and the thermoplastic spacer ensures the same pleat spacing, ensuring the best airflow to pass through with the least resistance. The same pleat spacing makes full use of the entire depth of the filter material to ensure greater dust holding capacity.

3. The V-type large air volume filter adopts ABS engineering plastic frame, which is light in weight and low in initial resistance. This filter screen is especially suitable for complex operating systems, such as: high wind speed system, variable air volume system, high humidity or corrosive environment and other special required system.
