Brush type self-cleaning filter
The optional range of filtering accuracy is 50 to 5000 microns. The filter has large filtration area and high pollution absorption ability. Users can customize the filter according to the actual working conditions. The cleaning method is simple, and the cleaning cycle monitoring can realize automatic cleaning and sewage. All parameters of the automatic filter control system can be adjusted. The filter is equipped with motor overload protection function, which can effectively protect the motor.

Features
Automatic self-cleaning filter has the function of filtering the raw water and cleaning the filter element automatically, and the system will provide uninterrupted water supply during self-cleaning and sewage draining process.
There are two kinds of control mode: automatic control and manual control.
Automatic control: Automatic control has two ways of timing and differential pressure.
Timing control: Set the filtration time on the filtration timer. When the filtration time is up, the sewage discharge is started, and the sewage discharge time is set by the sewage discharge timer.
Differential pressure control: At the same time, the control system will compare the pressure difference of the system with the pressure difference set by the user in real time. When the pressure difference of the system reaches the setting value, the filter will also clean the the filter element and discharge sewage automatically, and the sewage discharge time is set by the sewage discharge timer. When the sewage discharge time is up, the filter will stop self-cleaning process and restore the system to its initial state to prepare for the next filtration process.
