The filter is composed of two single cylinder filters,directional valve,by-pass valve,transmitter,diffuser,etc.It is installed on the top of the oil tank and can replace the filter element without stopping the system.It is suitable for fine oil return filtration of continuous working hydraulic system.It is used to filter out the metal powder caused by the wear of various components in the hydraulic system and the rubber impurities of seals,so as to keep the oil flowing back to the oil tank clean,so as to facilitate the circulation of oil in the system.When the filter element of a filter is blocked,resulting in the inlet and outlet pressure difference of 0.35Mpa,the transmitter sends a signal.At this time, turn the reversing valve to make the standby oil filter work,and then replace the blocked filter element.
