Single-tank with single-valve
The single-tank with single-valve softening system refers to a resin tank,a multi-way valve,and a salt tank,and the water is stopped when the system is regenerated.
Configuration structure: FRP tank + water distributor + automatic control valve + resin + salt tank + salt valve + salt suction pipeline + pipeline + pressure gauge,five processes of water production, backwashing,salt absorption,water injection,and positive washing.

The double-tank with double-valve system is composed of two resin tanks (main tank and auxiliary tank) hydraulic control valve and salt tank.
The control valve controls the water circuit to switch between the main tank and the auxiliary tank to ensure that there is always one tank in working state,which can supply water at the same time,alternately regenerate,or alternately supply one for backup and one for use.
Purification and softening equipment
The unavoidable problem of pre-purification of softened water in general well water is that it will contain a certain amount of sediment and other visible impurities (deep well water is relatively better).The softening tank enters a certain amount of sediment,and the resin is surrounded by sediment,then it will lead to insufficient contact between resin and raw water,which will affect the softening effect.If the backwash process cannot be completely flushed out of the tank,there is a possibility of forming lumps.Therefore,if the raw water is well water,it is recommended to install a quartz sand filter before the softening filter to improve the influent and effluent quality of the softening filter.
