Condensate filter element

Powder resin covered filters and pre-filters are generally used in power plant condensate water treatment systems. Filter elements are installed inside the filter. The surface of the filter element can be coated with fiber powder and anion and cation resin powder to achieve the purpose of filtration and desalination. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter or the conductivity of the filter effluent or the silicon reaches the set value, the filter is in a state of failure, and the filter will be burst and backwashed, and then put into operation after film laying.

A certain number of filter elements are installed in the filter, water enters from the outside of each filter element, flows out from the porous tube in the center of the filter element, and impurities are trapped on the surface of the filter element. There are two main types of filter elements, the winding filter element is used when the membrane is laid, and the folded filter element is used when the membrane is not laid. The precision of the pleated filter element is 10um when the unit is started, and the precision of the filter element is 2um or 5μm during normal operation.
