Working principle

The dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, and the dust-laden gas enters the clean air chamber through the filter bag as clean air, and then passes through the exhaust port of the clean air chamber and is discharged by the fan. The dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and keeps increasing, so that the resistance of the dust collector continues to rise. In order to make the equipment resistance not exceed 1200PA, the dust collector can continue to work, and it needs to be cleaned regularly. Dust cleaning is to start the pulse valve in time and sequence by the program controller, so that the compressed air (0.5-0.7MPa) in the bag is ejected from the blowing pipe holes (primary air), and the surrounding air (secondary air) is induced by several times of the primary air. Wind) enters the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand rapidly in an instant, and shake off the dust with the reverse action of the airflow to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
