Long Bag Offline Pulse Dust Collector

LCM type long-bag pulse dust collector is a new type of high-efficiency bag-type dust collector developed on the basis of conventional short-bag pulse dust collector. It not only combines the advantages of sub-chamber backflushing and pulse jet cleaning, but also lengthens the bag to give full play to the powerful jet cleaning of compressed air. It overcomes the shortcomings of low intensity of backflushing in separate chambers, and simultaneous pulse jet cleaning and dust filtration, and prevents the problem of dust reattachment and out-of-control, thereby increasing the filtration speed, saving energy consumption for cleaning and prolonging the life of the filter bag. . The electric control of the dust collector adopts advanced PLC programmable controller.

Working Principle

The dust collector is composed of an ash hopper, an upper box, a middle box, a lower box, etc. The upper, middle and lower boxes are of sub-chamber structure. When working, the dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet duct, the coarse dust particles fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper, and the fine dust particles enter the middle and lower boxes with the turning of the air flow, and the dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag. The gas enters the upper box to the net s gas collection pipe-exhaust duct, and is exhausted to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan. The cleaning process is to cut off the clean air outlet air duct of the chamber first, so that the cloth bag of the chamber is in a state of no airflow passing through the chamber and the air is stopped to clear the dust). Then open the pulse valve and use compressed air for pulse blowing to clean the dust. The shut-off valve is closed for a sufficient time to ensure that the dust peeled off the filter bag after the injection settles into the ash hopper, and the dust is removed from the surface of the filter bag and attached to the air flow. The phenomenon that collects on the surface of the adjacent filter bag makes the filter bag completely clean, and the programmable controller performs automatic control of the exhaust valve, pulse valve and ash discharge valve.
